Return / Cancellation Policy

Full Refund

Cancellations made within a specific grace period (e.g., 24-48 hours of booking) are eligible for a full refund of the rental fee.

Partial Refund

Cancellations made after the grace period but before another set deadline (e.g., 7 days before the rental) incur a partial refund, with a percentage of the rental fee withheld as a cancellation fee.

No Refund

Cancellations made within a close timeframe to the rental start (e.g., 24 hours or less) typically result in no refund.

Factors Affecting Cancellation Fees

Timing: The closer you are to the rental date, the higher the cancellation fee.

Car owner's policy: Some car owners might set their own cancellation policy, which may be stricter or more lenient than the platform's default policy.

Reason for cancellation: In some cases, we may offer full or partial refunds even outside the grace period if the cancellation is due to unforeseen circumstances like illness, extreme weather events, or flight cancellations.


Delivery Conditions

Meet and Greet


Most common: Both renter and car owner meet at a predetermined location for handover.


Flexibility: Choose convenient location and time.


Potential inconvenience: Requires coordination and travel for both parties.


Platform features: Some platforms provide tools for finding safe meeting locations.


Delivery & Pickup

Premium service: Platform arranges delivery and pickup at your requested location (e.g., airport, hotel).


Additional Cost: Fees apply for delivery and pickup, typically higher than other options.


Availability: Limited to specific locations.


Convenience: Saves time and avoids travel hassle.
